Heat Rating: 0 SHU. An Italian bull’s horn-type pepper that is fantastically sweet and fruity. The taste is similar to a red bell, but plants are easier to grow and much more prolific! Perfect for roasting, salads, stuffing or homemade paprika powder. Peppers can be harvested at mature size of 6” when green, or allowed to ripen to red.
