Their berry-like sweetness is balanced by a slow burning heat. Excellent either fresh or cooked, they are especially suited for pickling or hot sauces. Plants are highly ornamental, and ideal for beginner growers. They thrive in containers, but a sprawling nature and the weight of abundant pods means support is often required.
