Winter Squash. A bright orange, 3-5lb Kabocha-type squash. Smooth, sweet and tender flesh is excellent for baking, mashing or in pies. Plants are easy to grow; Fertilize weekly and water regularly. Harvest before frost, leaving 4-6” of stem attached. Once cured, squash will store for several months.
